Job Summary
Prepare and serve food following recipes and directions from the Room Chef. Maintain safety and hygiene standards while handling food, ensuring cleanliness of the work area. Assist in monitoring inventory and quality control of food products, communicate effectively with team members across shifts, and help orient new staff. A reliable self-starter with a positive attitude, the role requires lifting up to 35 pounds and the ability to work flexible hours, including holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years+ plus years’ experience cooking in a commercial environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to quality and detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and follow recipes and daily production planning sheets
