Job Summary
Line Cook in a high-volume dining room at Little Creek Casino Resort who prepares and cooks meals, follows established recipes and presentation specifications, and maintains quality, sanitary preparation, and presentation. Responsibilities include working all stations with flexibility, operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, managing time to meet service and cleaning expectations, assisting in menu development and daily specials, collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction, and maintaining clean, organized, and sanitized workstations while adhering to health and safety standards. Requires reading recipes and production paperwork, demonstrated knowledge of food preparation and presentation, and the ability to follow procedures; supports certification requirements including a Class II gaming license and a Washington State Food Worker Card. A High School Diploma or GED is required; culinary arts degree is preferred. Previous experience in a high-volume line or production kitchen is preferred.
