Maintain temperature charts and food safety records while adhering to sanitation protocols and quality control. Notify the Chef of inventory needs and participate in streamlined kitchen operations, ensuring a first-in, first-out food rotation system for optimum freshness. Assist in organizing the kitchen, food storage, and dish room to foster collaboration and innovation. Uphold Civitas standards in personal grooming and kitchen hygiene, and follow all sanitation, food handling protocols, and safety policies to meet regulatory requirements.
