Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for executing the food truck menu and supporting the Clif Family Winery Culinary Program across the Bruschetteria Food Truck, Tasting Room, Enoteca, and special events. Duties include preparing menu items to standard under supervision, maintaining kitchen sanitation, adhering to health and safety regulations, assisting with operations and events, delivering hospitality to guests, and participating in ongoing training. Must be able to work in a high-change environment, lift up to 40 pounds, and have 1-2+ years in food service/hospitality with strong teamwork and customer-service focus.
Required Qualifications
- California Food Handlers or ServSafe Certification
- Valid CADL and clean driving record
