Job Summary
Line Cook at TakoSushi in Lexington, SC responsible for skillfully cooking and preparing a diverse range of dishes per recipes, maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation, ensuring plate presentation and timely order delivery, keeping station clean, accurately using recipe cards and measuring tools, stocking and breaking down sections at shift start/end, rotating prepped items to minimize waste, and safely operating kitchen equipment. Must be able to stand long hours and work in a fast-paced, flexible environment with weekend/holiday availability; opportunities for advancement, paid vacation eligibility, and dining discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Food and Health codes
