Prepare and cook food at your assigned station while chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making sauces. Ensure the preparation station and kitchen remain stocked and meet health and safety standards. Follow kitchen manager instructions and stock inventory supplies. Maintain a clean environment in a fast-paced setting. This role requires previous kitchen experience, excellent organizational skills, and a good attitude. You must be available for weekends, overtime, and 50+ hour shifts.
