Job Summary
Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipes, plate, and present items using various cooking methods to meet guest satisfaction and compliance goals. Communicate station needs, waste, and discrepancies with the sous chef, and assist in other kitchen areas as directed. Set up and maintain a clean, sanitary work area at all times while interacting with guests and coworkers professionally. This role involves standing 70% of the time, lifting up to 100 lbs, and working in a high-noise, smoking guest environment.
