Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for prepping, cooking, and assembling dishes according to recipes and presentation standards; keep workstation stocked, organized, and spotless; follow proper portioning to minimize waste and hit food cost goals; ensure quality, freshness, and accuracy under pressure; work closely with the culinary team to keep service running smoothly; maintain sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene; assist with events and functions; communicate inventory or maintenance issues to the manager; jump in wherever needed as teamwork is key; available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort kitchen
- SERVSafe certified (preferred)
