Job Summary

The Line Cook is responsible for setting up and stocking assigned stations with necessary supplies, preparing food for service, and cooking menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff. Skills required include advanced knife skills, knowledge of proper food storage and sanitation, and effective communication abilities. Candidates should have at least two years of related experience in a full-service kitchen and be eligible to work in the U.S. This role demands the ability to handle various physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Required Qualifications

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 18+ years of age
