Job Summary
Line Cook at Snooze responsible for ensuring high-quality dishes with strong attention to food safety, sanitation, and timeliness. Must know menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and basic safety information; proficient in food preparation using ovens, gas stoves, stoves, immersion blenders, mixers, food processors, scales, and portion bags; maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and follow Health Department standards; requires clear communication with management and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand up to 10 hours. 17+ years old and authorized to work in the US. Certification requirements for county food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment. Opportunities for development and advancement are available. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
- 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
- All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
