Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing Snooze dishes with high quality, safety, and timely service. Must know menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, sanitation basics, and operate ovens, gas stoves, broilers, and related equipment. Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation in compliance with Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines. Requires strong communication with management, ability to stand for long periods, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience; must be 17+ and legally authorized to work in the US. County-required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
