Job Summary
Operate in the main and satellite kitchens, executing daily mis en place and producing dishes assigned in the Pathway while adhering to therapeutic diets. Collaborate with front and back of house teams to ensure compliance with quality, presentation, and portion control standards. Maintain proper food handling, HACCP, labeling, and storage protocols, including temperature chart documentation and safety protocols. Participate in planning meetings, in-service training, and other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Director of Dining Services.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or GED
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening process including fitness for duty physical, background check, drug test and employment references
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position
- Culinary training
