Job Summary
Prepare food items consistently following recipe cards and production standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary kitchen environment. Start items prepared ahead of time, date all containers, and rotate perishables to control waste and food costs. Operate, maintain, and clean all line cook equipment, check pars for shift use, and assist with incoming orders and deliveries. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods while lifting up to 80 lbs.
