Job Summary
Prep, cook, plate, and clean your station to deliver delicious meals for guests. Receive goods from vendors, verify product standards, and assist other kitchen stations by delivering prepped items to the line. Maintain a tidy, sanitized workspace and adhere to portion guidelines while following prep lists. Collaborate with team members to complete service efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude during rushes. Complete opening and closing tasks, extra cleaning projects, and lend a hand as required to support meal service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight-hour shift
- Requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
- 1-3 years of experience as a line cook in a high-quality full service or fast casual environment
- The ability to safely work throughout a shift
- Tasks may include walking, standing, bending, and lifting supplies up to 40lbs
- Schedule flexibility
- Basic math and critical thinking skills for following prep work and recipe needs
- Individuals comfortable in various environments, from casual morning shifts to fast-paced dinner hours
