Required Qualifications
- Availability to work part-time or full-time including mornings, nights and weekends. Saturdays required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Demonstrate strong knife skills and a wide variety of cooking methods
- Basic kitchen knowledge with regard to weights, measurements, volumes and portioning
- Close attention to detail
- Exceptional cleanliness and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 50 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist
- Food Handler’s Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in fast paced kitchen
- Knowledge of operation, sanitation and maintenance of kitchen equipment
