Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing, seasoning and cooking menu and non-menu items according to LodgeWorks specifications; maintain sanitation and safety across all work areas; operate a variety of kitchen equipment; assist with events, catering, and service for restaurants and bars; follow MSDS/OSHA standards and safe food-handling practices; ensure proper storage, inventory, and portion control; maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude and collaborate with Sales staff and management; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
