Job Summary
Prepares and cooks to order for Servers, Take-out and Employee meals following standardized portions and prescribed methods of food presentation. Operates slicer and fryolators, maintains cleanliness of line areas, stocks deli cases, and coordinates with the line team. Must be 18+ to operate slicer and clean equipment; able to work holidays and weekends. Part-time role with responsibilities including prepping, frying, broiling, slicing, grilling, and serving food in prescribed portions and attractive presentation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer
- Short order or sandwich making experience helpful; not necessary
- Reading skills required
- Memorization is necessary
- Excellent hearing is required
- Must comprehend quickly to expedite orders
- Requires ability to work as a team member
