Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. Role emphasizes cooking to recipes and portion standards, presenting items attractively, and ensuring timely, accurate service through collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No experience is required, and prior line cook experience is a plus. Responsibilities include following food safety and sanitation procedures, stocking and prepping ingredients, and assisting with cleaning and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
