Job Summary
Line Cook to prepare menu items according to company standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and cooperate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service. Responsibilities include following food safety and sanitation procedures, portioning and presenting dishes as recipes dictate, stocking and prepping ingredients, assisting with cleaning and restocking, and performing additional duties as needed. Must work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive guest experience. No experience is required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. This role supports the restaurant’s commitment to hospitality and quality guest experiences.
