Job Summary

Seasonal Line Cook responsible for preparing menu items quickly and efficiently according to established specifications, assisting in prep through established procedures, providing guest service as needed, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. This role involves planning and carrying out the manager’s list for next day’s needs and special events, controlling waste, and supporting daily operations in a busy kitchen. Must have strong knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and commercial kitchen equipment; 18+ years old; basic interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe certification is preferred. The position runs approximately 6/9/2026 to 9/20/2026 at Purgatory Resort in Durango, CO.
