Job Summary
Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes for a fast-paced venue kitchen (Line Cook – Part-Time). Duties include organizing and prioritizing preparation, ensuring proper portion sizes, coordinating with other kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety of kitchen equipment and walk-in cooler, performing opening/closing duties, and adhering to sanitation standards. Must have a valid Health Department Food Handler Certification, knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations, ability to follow standard recipes and plate presentation, and the ability to lift/move up to 150 lbs. COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions; the role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, attention to detail, and adherence to House of Blues safety and sanitation policies.
Required Qualifications
