Job Summary
Prep and Line Cooks ensure that each Fan receives an unforgettable meal by preparing a variety of food across Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad stations according to specific recipes and specifications. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and HACCP temperature procedures while managing waste logs and cooldown charts. Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations, maintain proper product rotation, and communicate ticket times and potential problems with Service Assistants, Coaches, Bartenders, or Servers. Perform opening, shift change, and closing checklists, as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks. Assist the team in staying caught up with dishes and fulfill other duties as needed per Coach request.
