Job Summary
Prep and Line Cooks ensure that each Fan receives an unforgettable meal. Prepares dishes according to Primanti Bros. recipes and specifications in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: prepare a variety of food across Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad stations; label all food per Shelf Life Chart; complete assigned prep to stock stations; follow safety and sanitation policies; adhere to HACCP procedures and temping; use Waste Log and Cooldown Charts; prepare orders to recipe specs; communicate ticket times to team; rotate stock and maintain par levels; maintain cooperative working climate; assist team to stay caught up; complete opening/shift/closing checklists and periodic cleaning tasks; perform other duties per Coach request; SKILLS: English literacy, strong communication, enthusiastic, dependable, multitasking; basic math. This role is part-time and involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a hot kitchen with knives and open flames.
