Job Summary
Line Cook at Primanti Bros. Prep and line cooks prepare a variety of dishes across multiple stations (Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, Salad) following Primanti Bros. recipes and specifications in a timely manner. Maintain HACCP temperature procedures, label foods, complete prep lists, stock and set up stations, and ensure proper rotation and par levels. Communicate ticket times and any issues with team members, uphold safety and sanitation policies, and assist with opening/closing duties. The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, accuracy, and providing an unforgettable dining experience for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Stands 100% of the shift
- Lifts and carries weights up to 50 lbs
- Able to hold items with hands (knives, pans) for extended periods
- Frequent bending and stooping
- Works in hot environment and/or with open flame
- Frequently works with sharp knives and utensils
- Frequently works with hot plates
- Able to read tickets
- Able to communicate with Coach and other Players to ensure Fan satisfaction
- Ability to write and read the English language
