Job Summary
The line cook position involves preparing and presenting menu items to create an exceptional culinary experience for Guests. Responsibilities include correct handling of food items for safety, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, and ensuring that food quality meets Guest expectations. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and carry 30 pounds, and maintain communication with team members. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
- Disciplined and self-motivated
