Job Summary
Line Cook/Prep role at Brays Island Plantation Restaurant; responsibilities include food preparation per established recipes and industry standards, setting up and maintaining stations, assisting in inventory control, ensuring safety and sanitation, coordinating with Sous Chef/Executive Chef, and delivering customer service to owners, guests, and partners.
