Job Summary
Back-of-house Line Cook responsible for cooking and preparing menu items, executing recipes, maintaining sanitary practices and safety standards (OSHA/HACCP), coordinating with dining room and bar staff to meet guests’ needs, and supporting a high-quality, efficient kitchen workflow in a full-time, in-person role in Nashville. Must demonstrate strong culinary skills, organizational ability, adaptability under pressure, and a professional, team-oriented attitude to deliver consistent food quality and service.
Required Qualifications
- Back of house experience preferred
- Culinary skills in food preparation and recipe execution
- Ability to adhere to OSHA and HACCP standards
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication with FOH/BOH
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods
