Job Summary

Back-of-house Line Cook responsible for cooking and preparing menu items, executing recipes, maintaining sanitary practices and safety standards (OSHA/HACCP), coordinating with dining room and bar staff to meet guests’ needs, and supporting a high-quality, efficient kitchen workflow in a full-time, in-person role in Nashville. Must demonstrate strong culinary skills, organizational ability, adaptability under pressure, and a professional, team-oriented attitude to deliver consistent food quality and service.

Required Qualifications

  • Back of house experience preferred
  • Culinary skills in food preparation and recipe execution
  • Ability to adhere to OSHA and HACCP standards
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good communication with FOH/BOH
  • Availability for nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods
