Job Summary
Line Cook position responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items. Ensure meals are prepared according to prescribed recipes, read a thermometer correctly, and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Available to work a variety of hours and shifts, including weekends. Maintain portioning controls, par levels, and accurate item counts; communicate delays or issues to Coordinators and management; follow allergy procedures and special orders; be a team player and adhere to employee policies. Other duties as assigned.
