Job Summary
Line Cook on PM shift responsible for developing cooking skills across grill, sauté and fry, reading and recreating recipes, maintaining a sanitized and orderly kitchen, and ensuring quality ingredients. Collaborate with a world-class culinary team to minimize food waste through cross-utilization, set up workstations, prepare ingredients, store items properly, and support both cafeteria and fine-dining service. Requires 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience, active Food Handler certification or ability to obtain, willingness to work varied day/night and weekend shifts, ability to stand for long periods, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds; must be at least 21 years old. Compensation: $18.00-$19.00 per hour. Based at Cleveland Marriott East (Beachwood area), United States of America, within Pyramid Global Hospitality.
