Job Summary
Line Cook - PM responsible for executing à la minute service on the line and maintaining a designated station. Prepare and plate dishes according to the Chef’s seasoning and method, working as a team to deliver a memorable dining experience. Duties include setting up the kitchen and mise en place, checking the prep list, maintaining clean workstations, completing last-minute tasks and specials, tasting dishes before plating, labeling and storing mise en place for the next shift, and ensuring service readiness after station review by the PM Sous Chef. Essential tasks also cover cleaning food prep areas, inspecting equipment for standards, preparing and cutting foods, measuring and mixing ingredients, cooking, arranging and serving food, and assisting chefs with food or drink preparation. The ideal candidate will have kitchen experience, farm-to-fork background, knowledge of high-level service, proper knife ownership and maintenance, strong organization, effective communication, ability to work in a high-stress environment, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
