Job Summary
Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients through baking, grilling, steaming, and frying methods. Execute mise en place for all relevant menus and adhere to fire, food safety, and sanitation regulations. Assist other departments as needed while maintaining strong working relationships and supporting department targets.
