Line Cook

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift while following all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures. Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service. Perform additional duties as assigned. Take initiative to improve daily work, lead with respect, and navigate situations with good judgment. No experience is required, though prior line cook experience is a plus.
