Line Cook

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures. Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness, working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service. Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. No experience is required, though prior line cook experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
