Line Cook

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures. Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service. Perform additional duties as assigned. Take initiative to improve daily work, communicate thoughtfully, and navigate situations with good judgment. No experience is required; prior line cook experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods. JDK is the largest franchiser of the Perkins brand, founded in 1958 as a single pancake house in Ohio.
