Line Cook

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures. Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service. Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. No experience is required; prior line cook experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods.
