Line Cook

Line Cook role at Perkins (JDK Management) focused on preparing menu items to company recipes and standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, and collaborating with kitchen/FOH teams to ensure timely service. Responsibilities include cooking to portion standards, following food safety procedures, stocking and prepping ingredients, assisting with cleaning and other tasks, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and move for extended periods, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No experience is required; prior line cook experience is a plus.
