Line Cook

Line Cook responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, and collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teammates to ensure timely and accurate service. Duties include cooking per recipes and portion standards, maintaining a workstation, following food safety and sanitation procedures, stocking and prepping ingredients, assisting with cleaning and other kitchen support tasks, and performing additional duties as assigned. Must communicate under pressure, take initiative, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented dining experience.
