Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines; maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation; follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures; work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate service; stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness; assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks; perform additional duties as assigned. No experience is required, and prior line cook experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
