Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines; maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation; follow all food safety and kitchen safety procedures; work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate service; stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness; assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks; take initiative, prioritize teamwork, and communicate thoughtfully under pressure.
