Job Summary
Line Cook position responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines; maintain a clean, organized and efficient workstation; follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures; work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate service; stock and prep ingredients to support smooth operations; assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen tasks; perform additional duties as assigned; no experience required, though prior line cook experience is a plus; thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can lift up to 50 lbs.
