Job Summary
Line Cook role: prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, maintain a clean and organized workstation, follow food safety and sanitation procedures, collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service, stock and prep ingredients, assist with cleaning and other kitchen tasks, and perform additional duties as assigned. Emphasis on taking initiative, teamwork, good judgment under pressure, and delivering a great guest experience.
