Line Cook

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service. Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness. Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. No experience is required; prior line cook experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
