Line Cook at Copia Restaurant working with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to produce plated recipes accurately and expeditiously, including meat and fish butchering, charcuterie, sauces, and station prep; requires knife skills, high-volume/fast-paced environment; must maintain proper storage and sanitation, complete opening/closing procedures, and support team members; requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year culinary experience or related education; California Food Handler’s Certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days; HACCP/ServSafe a plus; part-time schedule with flexibility including nights and weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of culinary experience or AOS in Culinary or combination of education & experience
  • California Food Handler’s Certificate, or ability to obtain a certificate within 30 days of hire
  • HACCP or ServSafe Certification a plus
