Line Cook (Parks)

Prepare meals according to recipes and procedures in a timely manner and lead other cooks in absence of Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area adhering to regulations, and maintain proper food storage, receiving, rotating and stocking as par levels dictate. Train other back of house staff and answer questions about cooking methods and menu items. Ensure proper clean-up of kitchen at the end of the shift. Meet all health department standards for safe food handling. Ability to obtain a food handler permit within one month of employment.
