Job Summary
Prepare tacos, quesadillas, and Mexican-inspired dishes with speed and consistency. Collaborate with fellow line cooks to synchronize the completion of ticket items, follow recipes and guidelines to maintain quality, and plate items according to chit tickets. Maintain safety and sanitation, prevent cross-contamination, stock and clean your assigned workstation before, during, and after shifts. Requires knife skills, culinary techniques, strong communication, organization, and time management.
