Job Summary

Line Cook at Over Easy prepares modern takes on breakfast, brunch, and lunch, ensuring quality, food safety/sanitation, and timely service. Responsibilities include menu-item familiarity, following recipes and plating guidelines, using ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers, maintaining a clean sanitary workstation, and adhering to Health Department standards. Must communicate effectively with teammates and management, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and be at least 16 years old with work authorization in the U.S. A Food Handlers’ certification is required and 1 year of high-volume kitchen experience is preferred. The role is non-exempt with overtime eligibility and offers development opportunities and inclusive company perks.

Required Qualifications
