Job Summary
Line Cook on-call responsible for preparing meals per standardized recipes and service standards, ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and temperatures; maintaining food safety and sanitation; preparing for service or delivery; following ticket procedures; keeping the kitchen clean and organized; properly labeling and storing items; operating and maintaining kitchen equipment; assisting with inventory, records, and reporting; reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly; building positive teamwork and guest service; and performing additional duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
