Job Summary
Prepare meals to order during service hours; ensure each item is prepared with high quality care; keep stations stocked before and during service; follow recipes and guidelines; apply proper cooking techniques and knife skills; ensure proper storage and accessibility of food items; adhere to health department food service guidelines; perform additional duties as requested by the Executive Chef; collaborate with Culinary and Service Teams to maintain quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Culinary degree or culinary training at a high-volume food establishment.
- Knowledge of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers.
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
