Job Summary
Execute all recipe procedures and maintain kitchen cleanliness while communicating ticket times to team members. Keep food orders flowing continuously and follow safety and sanitation policies to contribute to a safe environment. Operate equipment including slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Prior experience in food and beverage service and preparation is preferred.
