Job Summary
Line Cook role in NoHo for DIG restaurants. Responsibilities include prep, mixing, and cooking vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes; gaining exposure to stations such as garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and delivery/packout; engaging with guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to deliver scratch-made meals; supporting the team during peak and off-peak service; maintaining safety and standards per health/city guidelines; upholding anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies; and contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused kitchen culture.
